Terms of Service
Terms for using EZ4YouTech.com services.
Last updated: June 2026
Summary only. For paying business customers, the executed Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Order Form (via DocuSign) control fees, liability, and AI output terms. This page summarizes website and platform use for prospects, pilots, and evaluation access.
By using the EZ4YouTech.com Website (www.ez4youtech.com) or Secure AI Platform (aiplatformusa.ez4youtech.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Website is our public marketing site. Secure AI Platform is the hosted SaaS workspace (FastAPI API and Next.js UI) where your organization runs plan-based AI applications.
Service
We provide the Secure AI Platform: a multi-tenant AI workflow workspace with plan-based features (Basic, Standard, Elite, Enterprise). Published agent seat limits and the SMB pilot program (2 months free platform fee on Basic, Standard, and Elite) are on Pricing. Availability may change during pilots and early access.
Related agreements
- Master Service Agreement (MSA), B2B relationship for the Secure AI Platform
- Enterprise Statement of Work, custom workflows and integrations
- Partner program, marketing partners (no platform ownership)
Platform subscription fees are paid to EZ4YouTech.com. BYOS AI usage is billed separately by your chosen provider.
Your responsibilities
- Maintain valid subscription credentials and comply with your AI provider terms
- Ensure uploaded content is authorized for processing
- Keep login credentials confidential
- Provide accurate information on lead intake, contact, and registration forms
Lead intake and pilots
Submitting a lead intake form or requesting a pilot does not create a paid subscription or tenant workspace until you complete client onboarding (registration, Stripe, and applicable agreements). Pilot and BYOK requirements are described on Pricing. We may decline or defer registration links when qualification or BYOK readiness is not met.
Marketing partners who enter leads on your behalf must have your consent to share your contact details with EZ4YouTech.com, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
AI-generated outputs
Content from the Secure AI Platform is produced by AI using your inputs and your chosen provider. With clear instructions, results are often close to what you asked for, but they can be wrong or incomplete. A qualified person must review and approve every output before you use it internally, send it to clients, or rely on it for regulated or legal purposes. EZ4YouTech.com LLC provides software only—not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice—and is not responsible for harm from reliance on AI-generated content, except as stated in a signed agreement with us.
Privacy and security
See our Privacy Policy and Platform security overview.
Acceptable use
- Do not violate law or third-party rights
- Do not upload malware or attempt unauthorized access
- Do not abuse rate limits or security controls
- Do not use the Secure AI Platform to train competing models using our proprietary prompts or code
