This MSA governs use of the EZ4YouTech.com Secure AI Platform at aiplatformusa.ez4youtech.com (FastAPI API and Next.js workspace UI). It supplements the Terms of Service and, for Enterprise customers, the Enterprise Statement of Work.

Parties

Provider: EZ4YouTech.com LLC (Texas). Customer: the subscribing organization. Partners (if any) are third-party marketers under a separate partner schedule, not owners of the platform. Executed agreements use the full MSA and Order Form; this page is a summary only.

Services

• Hosted Secure AI Platform access by plan (Basic, Standard, Elite, Enterprise)
• BYOS routing with encrypted credential storage
• Support per plan tier

Intellectual property

EZ4YouTech.com retains all rights to the Secure AI Platform, codebase, and custom integration modules built for customers. Customers receive a non-exclusive license to use their tenant during the subscription term. No source code is delivered unless separately agreed.

Fees

• Platform subscription fees per published pricing (Basic: up to 2 agent seats; SMB pilot: 2 months free platform fee unless Order Form states otherwise)
• BYOS AI costs billed directly by the customer's AI provider
• Enterprise platform fee quoted separately; new platform capabilities ship by plan tier (no separate per-integration list price)

Data & security

See Privacy Policy and Platform security overview. Customers are responsible for content they upload and provider compliance. We do not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA unless stated in a signed SOW or Order Form.

Liability & AI outputs (summary)

Executed MSA §2.1 and the AI-Generated Outputs Exhibit require human review of all AI drafts. Aggregate liability is capped per the executed MSA (typically fees paid in the prior twelve months). See full templates with counsel before signature.

Term & termination

Subscriptions renew per billing cycle until cancelled. Upon termination, access ends; export procedures as defined in the executed order form.
