Enterprise plan overview

Summary: June 2026. Enterprise subscriptions are governed by the executed MSA and Order Form (including liability caps and AI output exhibit).

Scope

Enterprise builds on the Elite app catalog (10 utility + 10 industry apps) with up to 25 users, plus:

• Advanced platform apps (e.g. Bulk Email Processor) — included on Elite and Enterprise automatically
• Procurement-friendly billing, SLA-style support, and bulk pricing for teams above 25 users
• Client feedback prioritized on the shared product roadmap — capabilities assigned to plan tiers as they ship

Delivery model

• Delivered on the shared Secure AI Platform with tenant isolation, not a separate codebase handoff
• Separate regional environments (e.g. India, UAE, Canada) only when required for residency or operations
• EZ4YouTech.com owns all custom modules; customer receives licensed use within their tenant

Pricing (indicative)

• Platform fee: $199/mo or $1,990/yr (up to 25 users). Contact sales for bulk pricing above 25 users.
• Product roadmap: client feedback is prioritized by EZ4YouTech.com; shipped capabilities are assigned to plan tiers (Elite and Enterprise for advanced apps such as Bulk Email Processor).

Acceptance & support

SLA tiers and support channels are defined in your Order Form. Standard platform updates apply to shared infrastructure; integration requests are prioritized on the product roadmap by plan tier.
