Commission: pilot, year-one, and ongoing
0% during pilot until the client's first paid invoice. SMB pilots include 2 months free platform fee on Basic, Standard, and Elite (BYOS required). Then each referred client gets a 12-month full-rate window tied to their plan. From month 13 while they keep paying, you earn a flat ongoing token rate on all plans (no volume kicker in that phase).
- Year-one (months 1–12): tiered by plan: Basic 5% / 8% · Standard 15% / 25% · Elite 18% / 28% · Enterprise platform 15% / 22% (individual / business)
- Volume kicker (business, year-one only): +2% / +3% / +4% at 6 / 16 / 31+ active paid referrals, 35% cap
- Ongoing (month 13+): flat 5% individual / 8% business on every plan while the client stays paid

- Basic pilots are fine: help clients upgrade within 60–90 days
- Pilot / demo: 0% commission until the client's first paid invoice (any paid plan)
Price lock & long-term partner economics
Partners and clients both benefit from predictable, written economics, not surprise annual repricing.
- Client price lock: Published plan rates are locked for 3 years from signup, then a single 5% adjustment, then locked again for 3 years (repeat). Easier to sell and retain referred tenants.
- Partner rate escalation: Your contracted commission percentage increases by 5% relative every 3 years (e.g. Business 25% → 26.25%), on the same 3-year cadence as client price locks.
- 35% cap: Commission rate never exceeds 35% of collected platform fees on any plan, at any time.
- Payout ceiling: Partner payout for a client never exceeds the net platform subscription EZ4YouTech.com actually collected from that client.
Automated monthly or yearly ACH payouts run after cloud billing (Stripe) is live; until then, commission accrues per your partner agreement and the platform operator dashboard.
What partners can do
- Provision and manage their referred client tenants (industry, plan, agents)
- Support sales and onboarding in coordination with EZ4YouTech.com
- Access a dedicated partner role in the platform (similar to platform operations, scoped to their portfolio)
What partners cannot do
- Own equity, source code, or intellectual property in EZ4YouTech.com
- White-label the platform as their own product without a separate written agreement
- Access other partners' clients or global platform secrets
Platform ownership
EZ4YouTech.com remains the sole owner of the platform and all custom modules. Clients receive a license to use their tenant; partners receive commission under the Master Service Agreement and partner terms referenced in the Terms of Service.
